As a business owner and innovator, she has successfully launched and led two businesses in Texas, bringing creativity, dedication, and a strong work ethic to everything she builds. She began her journey as an elementary school teacher and quickly entered the business workplace as an academic consultant. Her specialty is dyslexia intervention and reading recovery. She is passionate about helping others discover their strengths and true abilities. With over 25 years of experience in education and individualized program development, her approach is intentional, detail-oriented, and deeply rooted in long-term success.

Amy is married to her best friend and the love of her life, Rick Zapf. Amy and Rick have one daughter and one fur baby. When Amy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family doing anything outside while enjoying nature. Amy and Rick reside in Texas but they service clients across the United States.
